The Best Haircut Guarantee: if you don't see at least 3 cuts you love, email us within 30 days for a 100% refund. Keep the Hairbook anyway.
If your Hairbook can't be made
If we can't make your Hairbook, you won't be charged, or we'll refund you in full.
How to ask
Email help@hairbook.ai with your Hairbook link or the email you ordered with. You don't need to explain why.
How refunds are paid
Paddle.com sends the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
